Cherie L.
Ve Ard
President/Developer

A hands-on
leader, Cherie coordinates all programming and development for
each and every VCR project. Cherie is a
second-generation applications developer with the ability to
listen to unique client needs and deliver outstanding results
– simply put, Cherie brings the
best out of her team and her clients.
Under the watchful eye of her father, Tim1, Cherie began
using computers before she could walk.
Cherie was programming at age 8 and developing advanced
applications by the age of 12.
Her passion for applications development is eclipsed
only by her desire to exceed the expectations of her clients.
Like the entire VCR team, Cherie is a PADI Open Water
certified diver. When
she is not designing databases, programming user interface or
training, she can be found sailing, biking, rollerblading,
kayaking, or surfing (the net).
Cherie attended the University of
Texas
at Austin where she studied business and Russian. She
has done volunteer work in public television for a weekly
holistic medical call-in show called "House Calls".
Her work has included voice-over announcements, floor
directing and running camera.
With vast experience including military, medical, retail,
banking, insurance, and industrial markets, Cherie is quick to
adapt to change and always looking for new and better ways to
address the needs of her clients.
